Warranty & Complaints
We care about our smartwatches and do our very best to get them to your home in top condition. In rare cases, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that gives you a warranty claim. Legally, you must report any defect to us within two months of its discovery. If the defect falls within the warranty, we are responsible for repair or replacement.
It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. Do you have a complaint? We always try to avoid that. If you do have a complaint, we ask you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly state your order number. We make every effort to handle all possible complaints within a reasonable period of time. You will usually receive an answer from us within 24 hours (often much faster). We always strive to find a solution that is suitable for both parties through negotiation.
If we cannot resolve the matter together – fortunately that rarely happens – you have the option to submit your dispute for mediation to the WebwinkelKeur Foundation via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
