Warranty
We care about our smartwatches and do our utmost to deliver them to you in top condition. In rare cases, a product may become damaged during transport or an issue may arise that entitles you to warranty coverage. Legally, you must report any defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will repair or replace the product.
Complaints
While we strive to ensure everything runs smoothly, it is possible that something might not go as planned. If you have a complaint, we will do everything we can to resolve it promptly.
If you do have a complaint, please contact us at info@valante.nl and include your order number clearly. We aim to handle all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. In most cases, you will receive a response within 24 hours (often much faster). Our goal is to always find a mutually acceptable solution through negotiation.
If we cannot resolve the matter together — which fortunately happens very rarely — you have the option to submit your dispute for mediation to Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
From February 15, 2016, EU consumers also have the option to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not been addressed elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the European Union’s platform.
